Terms of Service (Google Calendar booking)

Last updated: February 15, 2026

These Terms apply to meeting booking on this website when it creates events via Google Calendar API.

Service description

The website provides a time-slot booking interface. When you book, a Google Calendar event may be created in the organizer's calendar and a Google Meet link may be generated by Google. Google Calendar may send invitation emails to attendees.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information (email) so the invitation can be delivered.
  • Do not book slots you do not intend to use.
  • If you cannot attend, notify the organizer and/or decline the calendar invite.

Availability and changes

Slots are offered on an availability basis and may change. The website may prevent double-booking, but cannot guarantee delivery of emails or uninterrupted operation of Google services.

Third-party services

Google Calendar and Google Meet are provided by Google. Their use is subject to Google's own terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". The site owner is not liable for losses arising from outages, delayed notifications, or issues caused by third-party services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
