Aearon — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aearon, an email client for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. By installing or using Aearon you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Aearon is a client that connects to the email accounts you add (via IMAP/SMTP and, where applicable, Google or Yandex OAuth) to display, search, send, and notify you about your own mail. Aearon is a tool for accessing accounts you own or are authorized to use; it is not an email provider.

2. Your Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your devices and credentials secure. You represent that you are authorized to access any mailbox you add. You may remove an account or sign out at any time, which deletes the associated stored credentials and tokens.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use Aearon to access accounts you are not authorized to use, to send spam or unlawful content, or to violate the terms of your email or identity providers. You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of the third-party services you connect.

4. Third-Party Services

Aearon relies on third-party services (your email/OAuth providers, Apple Push Notification service, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, and the App Store). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Aearon is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

5. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. No Warranty

Aearon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that every message or notification will be delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Aearon.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Aearon after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Вы отвечаете за подключаемые аккаунты и за безопасность своих устройств и учётных данных. Вы подтверждаете, что имеете право доступа к любому добавляемому ящику. Вы можете удалить аккаунт или выйти в любой момент — связанные сохранённые учётные данные и токены при этом удаляются.

3. Допустимое использование

Не используйте Aearon для доступа к аккаунтам без авторизации, для рассылки спама или незаконного контента, а также для нарушения условий ваших почтовых или OAuth-провайдеров. Вы обязаны соблюдать применимое законодательство и условия подключаемых сторонних сервисов.

4. Сторонние сервисы

Aearon использует сторонние сервисы (ваши почтовые/OAuth-провайдеры, Apple Push Notification service, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging и App Store). Их использование регулируется их собственными условиями и политиками. Aearon не отвечает за доступность или поведение сторонних сервисов.

5. Конфиденциальность

Обработка ваших данных описана в Политике конфиденциальности, которая является частью этих условий.

6. Отсутствие гарантий

Aearon предоставляется «как есть» и «как доступно», без каких-либо гарантий. Мы не гарантируем бесперебойную, своевременную, безопасную или безошибочную работу сервиса, равно как и доставку каждого письма или уведомления.

7. Ограничение ответственности

В максимально допустимой законом степени разработчик не несёт ответственности за косвенные, случайные или последующие убытки, а также за потерю данных, возникшие в связи с использованием Aearon.

8. Изменения

Эти условия могут время от времени обновляться. Продолжение использования Aearon после обновления означает согласие с изменёнными условиями.
